Each of the square sheet were folded into a modular unit then locking it with each other to create the spiral form on the lid same as for the base, just without the spiral form. This is a slight modification comparing with the Type 1, the box is a bit smaller, but taller. Below are the pictures with different views of the Spiral Lid Type 2 origami box.
