Kusudama – Star Type 1

This kusudama, Star Type 1, consists of 36 pieces of paper, 24 square ones and 12 rectangular ones ( half of the square ones), actually the total of square pieces needed is 30. After putting all the pieces together, it forms a nice star paper ball. Below are the pictures with different views of the Star Type 1 kusudama.
