This origami box, Pinwheels III, is created using a total of 8 pieces of square paper, 4 for the lid and 4 for the base. The base and the lid has a different form of pinwheels, the lid has like double pinwheel and the base has the form of a larger pinwheel. I do recommend using different color of paper to do the folding for the box. Below are pictures with different views of the Pinwheels III origami box.
